2. eBay API data

We use the eBay Developers Program APIs only to operate our own eBay selling activity and our internal business tools. This may include our own listings, inventory, prices, orders, buyer shipping details for orders we must fulfill, messages related to our sales, and marketplace data that eBay makes available to us under its API terms.

• We use eBay data only to list and manage our items, research pricing for our own inventory, fulfill and ship orders, provide customer service, and keep our own business records.
• We do not sell, rent, license, or share eBay data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
• We keep eBay user data only as long as needed for these purposes or to meet legal requirements (such as tax records), and then delete it.
• We comply with the eBay API License Agreement and eBay's data protection requirements. When eBay notifies us that a user has requested deletion of their personal data and closure of their account (Marketplace Account Deletion/Closure notifications), we delete that user's personal data from our systems, except data we must keep to meet specific legal requirements.

We use information to fulfill orders, ship items, answer questions, process authorized returns, prevent fraud, keep business records, and meet legal obligations.
